We offer our clients Business Progress Planning, where we meet monthly or quarterly to discuss the current position of the business and how it could develop over time.
Our Business Progress Planning service will empower you to take control of your business finances and will allow you to make better, more informed decisions. You will be more aware of how your business is performing and where the business is headed.
Although not exhaustive, our Business Progress Planning service will involve us preparing the relevant business reports so we can work together to:
- Create a budget for the business
- Create realistic and measurable goals for your business to move you closer to your ultimate goal (whatever that may be)
- Produce management accounts to review performance by comparing budgeted figures to actual figures, the current period with the prior, and delve deeper into any inconsistencies
- Access our cash flow tool and create a forecast to plan for future cash flows, look at 'what if' scenarios, set cash flow specific goals, and analyse the cash flow budget
- Meet periodically to discuss the above-mentioned points
The planning meetings are ideal for business owners who do not necessarily have access to this kind of business support elsewhere, or for those who just want a fresh pair of eyes to look over their plans.
